(1) The general terms and conditions specified below shall apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in effect at the time the purchaser placed its order. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his or her commercial or freelance professional activity, section 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

(3) The display of goods via our online shop are not legally binding offers, but invitations to treat. By ordering the selected goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
Acceptance of the offer takes place through written instructions or delivery of goods within one week. After futile expiry of the respective deadline the offer is deemed ad rejected.:

The consumer submits a binding offer by passing successfully through the provided ordering procedure in our online shop.
The order is made in the following steps:
1) Selection of desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Examination of the details in your virtual shopping cart
4) Confirmation by clicking the "continue to payment" button
5) Application for the online shop after registration and entry of the registration data (email address and password)
6) Re-examination and / or correction of the relevant entered data
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the "order" or "buy" buttons
Before the binding dispatch of the order, the consumer can go back to the page on which the customer's data has been previously entered by clicking the "back" button of his or her Internet browser. The consumer then has the opportunity to correct wrong entries or to abort the ordering process by closing the Internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation is not an acceptance of the offer. Acceptance takes place through a written notification or delivery of the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Retention of the contractual text when an order is placed via our online shop: We save the contractual text and send the data of your order and our general terms and conditions by email to you. You can also look at our general terms and conditions on << www.my-bandpage.com >> at any time. With this email confirmation you can look at your past orders at your message window on the bandpage.
(1) All indicated prices are gross prices and include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Shipping costs are to be added.
(2) The consumer is free to choose to pay by advance payment, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard. American Express).
(3) If the consumer chooses paying in advance, he or she is bound to pay without undue delay after conclusion of the contract.
(1) Unless we did not indicate something else at the product description, all offered goods by us are ready for shipment. Delivery will be made within 7 business days. The deadline of delivery shall begin one day after payment order is sent to the instructed bank, or when other type of payment has been chosen, one day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline would be on Saturday, Sunday or on any other day recognised as public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline is shifted to the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the purchaser as soon as the goods are handed over to him or to the persons determined for executing the delivery.
We shall retain title to the goods delivered until all claims deriving from the busisness relationship are met, including interest, ancillary claims and the costs of any legal proceedings, including costs relating to any necessary intervention in respect of a levy of execution of the goods by a third party.

The period for revocation is fourteen days and begins upon receipt of the goods by you or by a third person, who is not the supplier, entitled to take delivery for you.

through explicit declaration (e.g. via a postal letter, fax or email) of your decision to revoke the contract. You are free to use the attached Standard Revocation Form, which is not mandatory however.
If you revoke this contract, we have to reimburse all of your payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you wished to choose another type of delivery than our cheapest type offered), without undue delay and within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of revocation. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment which you have used by your original transaction, unless we come to another agreement; due to this reimbursement, we will not charge compensation in any case.
We are entitled to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You have to send back or consign the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of revocation. This deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.
You have to pay the costs for return of goods if the goods delivered correspond with those ordered and if the price of the items to be returned does not exceed a value of 40 Euros or if, in case of a value exceeding this amout, you have not provided consideration for the agreement or made a contractually agreed part payment at the moment of revocation.
